The Solution: His workflow pulls transcripts from customer calls, stores them in Notion, then uploads everything to Google NotebookLM. Now his content team can ask questions like "What tools are marketers using?" and get specific quotes with timestamps.

Why It Works: Instead of his writers sitting through 45-minute calls, they get exact customer quotes in seconds. His video team can even pull testimonial clips using the timestamps.

2. Automate Your Product Updates

The Problem: Cynthia Bell McGillis at Laravel was manually writing changelogs every month, starting from a blank page each time.

The Solution: She built an n8n workflow that pulls GitHub deployments weekly, filters out internal updates, and generates first-draft copy that gets posted to Slack for team review.

Why It Works: Her team collaborates on updates throughout the month instead of scrambling at deadline. When someone's on leave, the workflow keeps running.

3. Personalize Outbound at Scale

The Problem: Dave Twitchell's SDRs at Freshpaint were spending too much time researching prospects instead of making calls.

The Solution: They use Tofu to generate personalized emails and landing pages based on each prospect's role and industry vertical. For content syndication follow-ups, it moves beyond "I saw you downloaded X" to focus on the actual topic of interest.

Why It Works: SDRs spend more time on calls while prospects get messages that actually relate to their specific challenges. They've generated 25 influenced opportunities since May.

The bottom line? Here's what separates these winners from the "AI will write my blog posts" crowd. They're not replacing creativity. They're eliminating drudgery.
